Leo is a Senior Associate at Matrix Partners China. Previously, Leo worked at WI Harper from 2006 to 2008 and was responsible for assisting the team in identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities across all sectors. Leo also works closely with Matrix Partners China's portfolio companies in China by researching industry trends and new business opportunities. Leo’s work experience includes security analysis at Heng An Standard Life Insurance, business auditing at Ernst & Young and economic research at Harvest Fund.
Leo was born in China and holds an masters in Finance from Nankai University and a bachelors in Engineering from Tianjin University. Leo is also a CFA Charterholder.
Leo is primarily responsible for education and financial service sectors.
Leo is an avid outdoorsman, and he enjoys hiking in the mountains and other remote locations. He also enjoys swimming and is a movie buff.
