Ben Wang joined Matrix Partners China in 2011, and is responsible for identifying, screening and evaluating investment opportunities in the Internet, E-commerce, Wireless and Software sectors. Before joining Matrix China, Ben worked both in Yahoo and Baidu as a product manager. He also co-founded a E-commerce company and worked as the general manager.
With his background of product development, Ben deeply understands the Internet industry. With his background of a startup co-founder, Ben deeply understands the entrepreneur spirit and values each entrepreneur.
Ben was born in Sichuan, China and holds a M.A. in Economics from the University of Missouri- Columbia and a B.A. in Economics from Sichuan University.
