Song Mei joined Matrix Partners China in 2011, and he is responsible for the investments in the internet, wireless and e-commerce sectors.
Prior to his involvement in venture capital, Song Mei worked in 99bill.com and the9.com (NASDAQ:NCTY), respectively. He was responsible for internet product management and business development. Before that, Song Mei was a senior product marketing manager in HUAWEI Technologies, where he had rich business development experience in overseas market and worked in eight countries.
Song Mei was born in China and holds a bachelor degree in Automation from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
In the spare time, Song Mei loves photography, swimming, cycling and basketball.
