Roger is a Senior Associate at Matrix Partners China. Previously, he worked at WI Harper Group since 2007 and brings to the firm a mixture of professionally trained auditing and investment banking backgrounds. Roger is responsible for identifying, screening and evaluating new investment opportunities, particularly in the healthcare, and consumer products and services sectors. Roger is also actively involved in research activities, due diligence, portfolio management, and firm marketing. Prior to joining WI Harper Group, Roger worked at China eCapital Corporation, a local boutique investment bank, and was fully responsible for private placement and cross-border M&A deal execution for both local and multi-national clients.

Before joining China eCapital, Roger spent three years with PricewaterhouseCoopers Beijing Office in their assurance advisory department.

Roger was born in China and holds a bachelors in English and International Business from Beijing Foreign Studies University.

Roger is primarily responsible for the healthcare and consumer sectors.
